DUCSUK CIC is a community-led grassroots organization dedicated to the peaceful activation of derelict urban spaces for the benefit of Dundee’s most vulnerable citizens.
We believe that land neglect is a civic failure, and we stand at the intersection of Human Rights advocacy and Advanced Community Safety.
Operating under the European Convention on Human Rights:
Unlike traditional grassroots movements, DUCSUK is managed with the precision of a professional security firm.
Protocols derived from elite UK standards, including Counter-Terrorism trained personnel and a core team of 6 SIA-licensed professionals.
Site Safety overseen by a team formerly attached to multi-national organizations, ensuring the most secure, fire-safe, and disciplined sites in Scotland.
Our presence is a "Safety Shield" that allows creative expression and crisis support to flourish without interference.
"We are building a Sovereign Community Hub—a place where the homeless find shelter, where local artists find a voice, and where the people of Dundee can reclaim their city. We are not just protesting a lack of space; we are providing the solution."
